• Introduce malicious code, denial-of-service vectors, or automated bots that degrade platform performance for other users.
• Misrepresent output or scores generated by FinanceDecide as certified third-party underwriting or creditworthiness guarantees.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The design system, branding, logos, graphics, code, interface text, and original tool implementations on FinanceDecide are the intellectual property of FinanceDecide and are protected under international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall FinanceDecide, its contributors, founders, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages—including but not limited to loss of capital, debt miscalculations, missed investment gains, tax penalties, or employment disputes—arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform.
